You Pick the Outfit
Gosh, I haven't done this in ages! But here are some gowns, and you can help me decide which is the keeper for this semiformal/Black Tie thingy I've got coming up.
1) Blue Dress / Bronze Shoes
2) Red Dress / Black Shoes
3) Purple Dress / White Shoes (second most comfortable)

my vote is for the silver dress/last combo.
I would only wear hose as a matter of keeping warm and like you only with closed toed shoes. If you're warm enough then go bare legged, it looks good with those shoes so no worries.

I actually went ahead and got the silver dress in red--since people seemed to love the red color on me, but the shape of the other dresses--the feedback really did help! I was just lucky enough to find the perfect combination, even though it meant another shopping trip entirely.
I'll be sure to post pictures as soon as the big event arrives!
I'll have to go with the purple dress / white shoes combo. IMO, that's the dress you look best in :)
